Som en person som uppskattar ordning och reda tyckte Jonas att det var en perfekt matchning. ”Jag \u00e4lskar n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r s\u00e5 v\u00e4lorganiserat. Det g\u00f6r att saker och ting blir s\u00e5 mycket enklare och skapar en trygghet i arbetet.”<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r Jonas k\u00e4ndes franchisekonceptet som ett smart s\u00e4tt att b\u00f6rja n\u00e5got nytt utan att beh\u00f6va uppfinna hjulet p\u00e5 egen hand. St\u00f6det fr\u00e5n huvudkontoret och m\u00f6jligheten att snabbt komma ig\u00e5ng var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r hans beslut. ”Det g\u00f6r att startstr\u00e4ckan blir mycket kortare. Jag kan snabbt komma ig\u00e5ng med all hj\u00e4lp jag f\u00e5r fr\u00e5n kollegorna. Dessutom k\u00e4nns det tryggt att ha Alert Senior i ryggen. Det ger mig b\u00e5de styrka och trov\u00e4rdighet.”<\/p>\n

Jonas tar med sig en bred arbetslivserfarenhet in i sin nya roll. Han har tidigare arbetat som byggnadsarbetare och snickare, men \u00e4ven haft en l\u00e5ng karri\u00e4r som resande s\u00e4ljare. ”Jag har alltid haft mycket kontakt med kunder och uppskattar att bygga l\u00e5ngvariga relationer. Min ambition \u00e4r att det ska vara win-win f\u00f6r alla inblandade.”<\/p>\n

\u00c4ven om han g\u00e5r in i en helt ny roll k\u00e4nner Jonas sig trygg tack vare sin l\u00e5nga erfarenhet av att arbeta med m\u00e4nniskor och l\u00f6sa problem. ”Jag kanske inte \u00e4r f\u00f6rberedd p\u00e5 allt, men jag tror att min breda bakgrund kommer hj\u00e4lpa mig mycket. Jag gillar att kasta mig in i nya utmaningar och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got riktigt bra.”<\/p>\n

Jonas ser ocks\u00e5 fram emot samarbetet med sina nya kollegor och kunder. F\u00f6r honom handlar det om att bygga n\u00e5got l\u00e5ngsiktigt som skapar v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r alla inblandade. ”Jag ser detta som ett gemensamt arbete d\u00e4r vi beh\u00f6ver varandra f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 fram\u00e5t. Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra ett seri\u00f6st och l\u00e5ngsiktigt arbete tillsammans med mina \u00e4ldre kollegor, kunder och partners.”<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta \u00e5ret har han satt upp ett konkret m\u00e5l: ”Jag siktar p\u00e5 att dubbla oms\u00e4ttningen under mitt f\u00f6rsta \u00e5r. Det k\u00e4nns som en realistisk men samtidigt utmanande ambition.”<\/p>\n
