Efter tv\u00e5 \u00e5r utomlands och en karri\u00e4r som egenf\u00f6retagare inom kl\u00e4dbranschen, har Anna-Lena tagit steget in som platschef f\u00f6r Alert Senior p\u00e5 G\u00f6teborg Hisingen. Med en genuin passion f\u00f6r service och att arbeta med m\u00e4nniskor ser hon nu fram emot sin nya roll.<\/p>\n

\u2013 ”Att f\u00e5 arbeta med m\u00e4nniskor och ge service \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag verkligen brinner f\u00f6r,” ber\u00e4ttar Anna-Lena. ”Efter alla mina \u00e5r i yrkeslivet har jag insett att det \u00e4r just detta jag trivs b\u00e4st med.”<\/p>\n

En stor anledning till att valet f\u00f6ll p\u00e5 Alert Senior var att hon sedan tidigare k\u00e4nde Lena, som idag \u00e4r platschef f\u00f6r Alert Senior i Stenungsund\/Kung\u00e4lv. De tv\u00e5 har b\u00e5da bakgrund i butiksv\u00e4rlden, d\u00e4r de tidigare arbetat tillsammans. ”Vi har alltid haft ett gott samarbete, och n\u00e4r vi b\u00f6rjade prata om m\u00f6jligheten att arbeta inom samma franchise k\u00e4ndes det naturligt att g\u00e5 vidare,” s\u00e4ger Anna-Lena. Efter att ha f\u00e5tt ett varmt v\u00e4lkomnande av ledningen blev valet \u00e4nnu enklare. ”Jag fick ett v\u00e4ldigt positivt intryck redan vid f\u00f6rsta kontakten. Jag k\u00e4nde mig genast som en del av teamet och som att jag hittat r\u00e4tt,” till\u00e4gger hon.<\/p>\n

Franchisekonceptet \u2013 En Smidig Start med St\u00f6d<\/h5>\n

Att bli franchisetagare var ett naturligt steg f\u00f6r Anna-Lena, som har l\u00e5ng erfarenhet av att bygga f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n grunden. ”Jag vet hur kr\u00e4vande det kan vara att starta ett eget f\u00f6retag, men med ett etablerat franchisekoncept f\u00e5r man en smidigare start,” f\u00f6rklarar hon. ”Dessutom \u00e4r det ov\u00e4rderligt att ha b\u00e5de en bra ledning och andra franchisetagare att bolla id\u00e9er med och f\u00e5 st\u00f6d av.”<\/p>\n

S\u00e4rskilt v\u00e4rdefullt tycker hon att det \u00e4r att ha Lena n\u00e4ra till hands i Stenungsund\/Kung\u00e4lv. ”Vi delar erfarenheter och st\u00f6ttar varandra precis som vi gjorde f\u00f6rr, och det k\u00e4nns tryggt att veta att vi kan hj\u00e4lpas \u00e5t, \u00e4ven om vi driver v\u00e5ra egna kontor,” s\u00e4ger Anna-Lena.<\/p>\n

En erfarenhet som f\u00f6rberett f\u00f6r framtiden<\/h5>\n

Anna-Lenas breda yrkeserfarenhet str\u00e4cker sig fr\u00e5n att coacha m\u00e4nniskor som socionom och gymnasiel\u00e4rare till att driva egen butik. ”Jag har alltid trivts med att arbetsleda personal och m\u00f6ta kunder, och det jag gillar mest \u00e4r att ge det d\u00e4r lilla extra som \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffar f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna,” s\u00e4ger hon.<\/p>\n

Den erfarenheten ser hon som en stor tillg\u00e5ng i sin nya roll. ”Jag hoppas kunna bidra med den gl\u00e4dje och servicek\u00e4nsla som jag alltid har v\u00e4rdesatt, b\u00e5de till v\u00e5ra kunder och till seniorerna som jobbar med oss.”<\/p>\n

\"\"F\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och m\u00e5l<\/h5>\n

Anna-Lena har stora f\u00f6rhoppningar inf\u00f6r framtiden och ser fram emot att bygga upp en stark verksamhet p\u00e5 Hisingen. ”Jag vill att vi ska f\u00e5 uppdrag som b\u00e5de vi och v\u00e5ra seniorer k\u00e4nner stolthet \u00f6ver,” s\u00e4ger hon. ”M\u00e5let \u00e4r att kunna skapa en trivsam och gl\u00e4djefylld arbetsplats d\u00e4r vi alla k\u00e4nner att vi g\u00f6r skillnad.”<\/p>\n

Med sin gedigna bakgrund inom service och entrepren\u00f6rskap, och med st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n b\u00e5de ledningen och sin n\u00e4ra kollega Lena i Kung\u00e4lv, \u00e4r Anna-Lena redo att g\u00f6ra sin plats p\u00e5 Alert Senior Hisingen till en framg\u00e5ngssaga.<\/p>\n
